Brandon was born in Kingsport Tennessee and moved to the Chattanooga area at a young age. It was there were his love for the outdoors was born. Often visiting his family’s farm in the Sequatchie Valley he spent countless hours in the woods camping, hunting, fishing and enjoying the outdoors. His passion to be outdoors and networking through the years has led to many great conservation and educational efforts through some of Tennessee’s top outdoor organizations. Being able to work alongside organizations such as The Tennessee Wildlife Federation, Quality Deer Management Association and several other conservation groups has been paramount for his experience gained.
Brandon was introduced to the Real Estate industry at an early age through his late Grandfather George Morgan, owner of George Morgan Properties. After receiving his Business degree from Tennessee Tech University Brandon put his experience in Real Estate and his love for the outdoors together and went to work for a large Land Developer to help market and sale mountain and river properties on the Upper Cumberland Plateau. While gaining experience selling rural mountain land Brandon realized a need for helping novice land buyers navigate the complex land purchase process which led to his founding of a land based brokerage with a focus on bringing the buyer to their perfect piece of land.
Through his experience Brandon has learned that every client and transaction is unique in its own way and the value of listening to a client’s needs and staying on top of the land market is invaluable. Brandon prides himself on working hard for his clients to find them the perfect piece of property for the perfect price while having their best interests in mind. Brandon still resides in Chattanooga with his wife Taylor, daughter Aubrey and son Cage.
Bryan FallowfieldBuyer Specialist
Bryan was born and raised in a small farming community in the North Island of New Zealand. A beautiful place where he grew up enjoying the many wonders of the natural landscape. He has a background in engineering and is an avid student of history. He first moved to the United States to perform multiple years of volunteer service throughout Eastern Tennessee and grew to love the people, culture, and natural beauty of the region. In his early twenties Bryan returned to the United States to pursue the American Dream, arriving in Atlanta with one suitcase and $500 cash in his pocket. Shortly thereafter he married his sweetheart and has since lived in multiple states throughout the USA. Out of all the areas Bryan resided he chose Chattanooga as the place for he and his family to put down roots. He and his wife have four wonderful children and love to spend time traveling nationally and internationally. The bulk of their travels consist of visiting places of historical significance, exploring local, state, and national parks all while taking in different sceneries and educating themselves on different areas. Bryan and his family also enjoy camping, running, hiking, and enjoy the ageless wisdom, strength, and beauty that is manifested in this regions extensive network of natural playgrounds. In his spare time, he enjoys participating with local trail running groups, contributing to the construction and upkeep of local trails and public land, maintaining and building his home gardens, creating in his workshop, and working with various local, national, and international civic and charitable organizations. For Bryan, the intersection between his passion for nature and his professional goals meets in a career as a land specialist. Knowing that the purchase of a piece of land is a significant life event that can impact multiple generations, Bryan derives immense joy from the process of connecting people with land that meets their lifestyle needs and contributes directly to the fulfillment of their life goals.
