Brooke Holder

Brooke grew up immersed in the outdoors of rural North Georgia. From an early age, she has been a competitive athlete and a leader with a fierce spirit. She found her passion for the arts after being inspired by an extended backpacking trip overseas, and returned to the states to study graphic design in Atlanta. Brooke brings with her over 17 years of experience in marketing and communications, ranging from her role as a senior designer at the American Cancer Society to her involvement with several non-profits and organizations.

In early 2016, Brooke moved to the Chattanooga area and fell in love with East Tennessee. With access to nature and all this region has to offer, she believes she's found the perfect life balance. In 2021 Brooke made a shift and began a new career in Real Estate. Over the past year and a half, she's been under the wing of broker/owner Brandon Olinger learning the industry. Brooke is a mover and shaker by nature and is excited to be working with a thriving team of like-minded agents.

In her free time, she likes to explore trails and rivers with her Catahoula dog, Arlo, practice yoga, volunteer in her community, and play Appalachian music.
